She took seminars from every visiting teacher she could get her hands on. Although Carol was firing three kilns of   her own and Bruce had become proficient at casting, she realized how much she still did not know. Under Ming's guidance she decided to enter the prestigious Ceramic Art Institute - and graduated in 1987. To this day - Carol continues to participate in symposiums.
